Gurgaon Tents supplies and installs event staging, truss structures, LED walls, lighting and branding across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR — for product launches, conferences, award nights, weddings, college festivals and society events. We deliver the platform, the rigging that holds everything above it, the screen, and the lighting, as one engineered setup rather than four separate rentals that don’t quite fit together.
Since 2023 we’ve built staging and LED setups across 67+ corporate events and 256+ B2B events. Our own inventory, our own crew, and a build scheduled backwards from your doors-open time.
Why one supplier matters here more than anywhere else: the truss has to carry the lights, the LED wall has to sit flush in the stage, and the power has to support all three. When these come from separate vendors, the mismatch appears on build day — when there’s no time to fix it.

Choosing an LED wall: the three things that decide it
Most people ask for a size. The size is the last decision — these come first:
| Factor | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Viewing distance | The closer your front row, the finer the pixel pitch needs to be. A fine-pitch screen viewed from far away wastes money; a coarse one viewed up close looks pixelated. |
| Indoor vs outdoor | Outdoor screens need higher brightness (nits) and weather rating. An indoor panel in daylight is unreadable. |
| Ceiling height & rigging | Screen height is limited by what the venue allows overhead and where truss can be anchored. |
Then size it against sightlines — check the view from the back row and the extreme side seats, not just the centre. A screen that looks generous on a floor plan often disappears behind heads at the back.
A note on power: LED walls, moving lights and processors draw serious load. Confirm the venue’s available supply and backup before finalising, because this is the most common reason a setup has to be scaled down on build day.
Where staging and LED go
| Event type | Typical setup |
|---|---|
| Product launches | Stage, LED wall, media wall, truss rigging, focused product lighting |
| Conferences & seminars | Stage, podium, side screens, even speaker lighting |
| Award nights | Larger stage, LED backdrop, dramatic lighting, trophy display |
| Weddings & sangeet | Performance stage, truss rigging, LED backdrop, ambient lighting |
| College & cultural festivals | Ground-support truss, large LED, concert-style lighting |
| Exhibitions & dealer meets | Branded truss builds, display screens, stall lighting — see exhibitions & B2B |
| Society & community events | Compact stage, screen and lighting for residential functions |

Safety: the part worth asking about
Overhead rigging carries real weight above people. Before booking any staging or truss supplier — us included — ask:
- What is the load rating of the truss, and what total weight is being hung?
- How is the structure anchored or ballasted?
- Who supervises the rig on site?
- Is the stage decking rated for the number of people who’ll be on it?
- What is the power load required, and does the venue supply it with backup?
A supplier who can’t answer these quickly is a supplier to avoid.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in stage and truss rental?
It typically includes modular stage platforms, risers and skirting, load-rated aluminium truss and rigging, anchoring or ballast, plus delivery, on-site installation and dismantling by a trained crew.
How do I choose the right LED wall size for my event?
Start with viewing distance and pixel pitch rather than size, confirm whether the screen is indoor or outdoor, check the venue’s ceiling height and rigging points, then size it against sightlines from the back row and the side seats.
What pixel pitch do I need for an LED wall?
Finer pixel pitches suit closer viewing distances, and coarser pitches are adequate when the audience sits further back. Share your venue dimensions and front-row distance and we’ll recommend the right specification.
Can you set up staging and LED for outdoor events?
Yes. Outdoor setups use ground-support truss systems, weather-rated outdoor LED panels with higher brightness, and appropriate anchoring, often combined with tenting for weather cover.
How much power does an LED wall need?
LED walls, processors and lighting rigs draw significant electrical load. Confirm the venue’s available supply and backup power before finalising the specification, as this often determines what is feasible.
Do you handle installation and dismantling?
Yes. Delivery, on-site installation, technical checks and complete teardown are included, handled by our own crew.
